**Please note that we no longer will allow students to take their written exams without reserving a testing timeframe first, please call our office at 831-423-7245 to discuss options if you are not able to sign up for one of our two timeframes offered daily during our business hours.**
Please sign up for one of our available testing timeframes (2-hour long timeframes) offered daily during our business hours. We are currently only excepting one student per timeframe to minimize the number of students at our facility at once. If you and a family member or a household member wish to take your exams at the same time, please let our office know ahead of time and we will see if we can accommodate you and your guest(s).

- 10:30am-12:30am or 1:30pm-3:30pm Daily

SOCIAL DISTANCING:
We are asking everyone to maintain proper social distance while visiting our facility. We have 6ft markers outside of our office to be used by our students and customers when waiting to be helped by a Pacific Sail staff member. Please avoid physical contact with Pacific Sail Staff as well as other customers that are not in your immediate group.
SANITATION:
We are taking extra measures to clean and sanitize before, during, and after each visit to our office.
All frequently touched areas are cleaned throughout the day.
We will have sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer available for students and customers.
FACE COVERINGS REQUIRED:
Face masks are required! Anyone who is in the vicinity of our office is required to wear a face mask or some kind of covering over the mouth and nose when you are within 6ft of anyone outside your group or a Pacific Sail staff member.
NO RETURNS ON MERCHANDISE:
Returns cannot be accepted for items taken outside of the office gift shop.
USING THE HARBOR RESTROOMS:
Please ask a Pacific Sail staff member to unlock the restrooms for you if they are not accessible.
We continue to monitor developments, the actions of our peers, and the direction of local, state, and federal officials and make adjustments as best we can in order to ensure the safety of our staff and the community.
