Learn Basic Keelboat Sailing in Santa Cruz!

This keelboat sailing course prepares you to sail and cruise safely in local waters as both skipper and crew on an auxiliary-powered sailboat of about 25-32 feet during daylight hours in moderate to strong wind and sea conditions. You will acquire boat handling, safety, and seamanship skills. This keelboat sailing course prepares students for the Basic Coastal Cruising Course (ASA 103).

Format:

  • $1044 per person
  • 2 consecutive weekends OR 4 consecutive weekdays
  • Saturday-Sunday (x2) OR Tuesday-Friday
  • 9:30am-4:30pm

Prerequisite: none.
